Hi, I’m Emma. I’m an AuDHD administrator who loves to create and run systems for neurodivergent female founders. I take the mental load and endless need to switch roles out of your life and turn chaos into order, letting you get back to doing the things you LOVE doing.
But I don’t just do the admin, I’m here to give you the accountability, support and ideas that help your business thrive! Whether you’re looking for help with your inbox management, bookkeeping or in creating streamlined systems for your business, I offer compassionate support that helps you focus on what you do best. Let’s work together to give everything its place, helping you to find the easiest way to record, find, implement and complete your daily tasks. I help you to create workflows that make running your business easy and with less friction for neurodivergent brains.
⭐ Monthly Support Packages
I’m here to support your business with admin, research, emails, social media and more. My services are flexible, so you only pay for the support you need. Packages are tailored to suit your business and are available from 5 hours per month.
⭐ Co-working Sessions
Hour-long silent focus sessions of working accountability alongside others, designed to focus the brain and boost productivity. Perfect for an inbox refresh (clearing out unread emails, filing, unsubscribing, etc) or other tasks you find difficult to stay focused on.

Meet the person behind the business:
At the ripe old age of 38, I received an ADHD diagnosis. At the time, I was working towards becoming a chartered accountant. During my career, having always worked in small businesses, I supplied admin and accounting support needed to keep those businesses running smoothly. After getting this diagnosis, I decided it was time to step away from formal work and start my own business. I decided I wanted to support people who also wanted to leave the 9-to-5 job behind to grow their own business using the skills I had developed in organising my work in a way that made sense to my neurodiverse brain. I love a good spreadsheet, and one of my joys in life is to find the fastest and most efficient way to do my work, so I can spend less time having to do it! I'm a bit of a nerd sometimes, but there's just something about putting people's ducks in a row that I find really satisfying, especially when I can relate to the challenges they feel. Outside of my work, I love hanging out with my dog, Malcolm. He's the bestest boy!
