I founded Holistic HR Services from a genuine passion for helping small businesses thrive by making HR support accessible, affordable and truly practical. As a Long Itchington local with over 20 years’ experience in HR management, I understand both the people and the business landscape across Warwickshire and the surrounding areas. I recognised the need for a trusted, hands-on HR partner who could offer expert guidance without the complexity, lengthy contracts or high costs often associated with traditional HR providers, someone businesses could rely on for straightforward, commercially focused advice delivered with a personal touch. I know that keeping pace with evolving employment legislation, managing team dynamics and handling day-to-day HR administration can quickly become overwhelming, particularly for growing local businesses without in-house HR support. My aim is to remove that pressure, giving you clarity, confidence and the freedom to focus on running and growing your business.
