For me, acupuncture is about more than just needles — it’s about listening carefully, understanding your needs, and creating a safe, supportive space where balance can be restored.

About

Located in my home clinic in Leamington Spa, I offer personalised Five Element Acupuncture to help support you through stress, pain, menopause, fertility issues, PCOS, autoimmune conditions, sleep issues, hormonal imbalance, burnout, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, cancer support, overall wellbeing, and more.

I have a particular interest in:

  • Pain management, including headaches, back pain and shoulder pain
  • Female health, including menstrual issues, fertility and menopause
  • Mental health, including health anxiety, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief

Alongside acupuncture, I also offer complementary techniques including cupping, Gua Sha and infrared light therapy. I pride myself on creating a treatment that’s truly personalised just for you.

If you’ve ever wondered about acupuncture or have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Products & Services:

⭐ Acupuncture

I use sterile, single-use fine needles to gently stimulate specific points on the body to restore balance, reduce pain, and support overall wellbeing. It encourages the body’s natural healing response and helps regulate physical and emotional systems - most people find it deeply relaxing and not painful. Acupuncture can help support stress, pain, menopause, fertility issues, PCOS, autoimmune conditions, sleep issues, hormonal imbalance, burnout, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, cancer support, overall wellbeing, and more.

⭐ Moxibustion

This involves gently warming specific acupuncture points using dried mugwort (moxa) to stimulate circulation, ease pain, and support the body’s natural healing processes. The soothing heat helps nourish energy, reduce tension, and promote overall balance.

⭐ Cupping

I use glass cups to create a gentle suction, to lift the skin and muscle tissue, improving circulation, easing tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing response. It helps reduce pain, release tight muscles, and promote relaxation - temporary marks are common but not painful.

⭐ Gua sha

Involves using a smooth-edged tool to gently glide across the skin, improving circulation, releasing muscle tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing response. It can help reduce pain, stiffness, and inflammation, and most people find it soothing despite occasional temporary redness.

Meet the person behind the business:
Hi, I’m Jen - a fully qualified Five Element Acupuncturist based in Leamington Spa and a proud member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). I trained for three years at The Acupuncture Academy, graduating with a distinction. I discovered acupuncture after experiencing burnout and developing an autoimmune condition during my sales and corporate career. I no longer felt like myself, and finding Chinese medicine was a turning point - I knew immediately it was the path I wanted to follow. Working from my home clinic allows me to balance my career with family life alongside my partner, our gorgeous 3.5-year-old boy, and our lively 7-month-old red Labrador. I love hearing people’s stories and helping them feel calmer, better, and more like themselves again. Chinese medicine has so much to offer without harsh side effects, and it works beautifully alongside Western medicine. Acupuncture can often support issues where Western medicine doesn’t always know where to begin. For me, it’s about restoring balance and helping people reconnect with who they are so they can cope with the demands of modern life. I genuinely love helping people feel supported, understood, and well again.
What Makes Them So Special?

✅ Degree-Level Training With Distinction

I completed a three-year, degree-equivalent acupuncture programme at The Acupuncture Academy in Leamington Spa, graduating with a distinction. My training was rooted in classical Five Element theory, hands-on clinical practice, and a strong focus on safe, effective treatment.

✅ Professional, Safe and Fully BAcC-Registered

As a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), I follow the highest professional, ethical, and safety standards. This gives every patient confidence that they’re in qualified and regulated hands.

✅ A Personal Journey That Shapes My Care

I first discovered acupuncture during my own experience with burnout and autoimmune illness. Later, acupuncture supported me through pregnancy and the exhaustion that comes with caring for a little one. These experiences give me deep empathy for anyone feeling overwhelmed, unwell, or not quite themselves, and it guides the compassionate way I practice today.

✅ A Calm and Welcoming Home Clinic

My treatment room in Leamington Spa offers a peaceful, comfortable environment where you can truly switch off. Patients often tell me it feels like a safe space to breathe, relax, and be themselves.

✅ Treatments tailored to you and what your body needs

No two people are the same, so no two treatments are either. I combine Five Element Acupuncture with moxa, cupping, and gua sha as needed - creating personalised treatments that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. I work with what I have learnt through my training and also intuitively, responding to what your body and mind need in the moment.
