Supporting women on their journey to feel lighter, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.
I specialise in gentle yet deeply effective lymphatic care, supporting you through everything from lymphoedema management and post-surgery recovery to wellness-focused Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) that nurtures your whole body.
Your lymphatic system plays a quiet but vital role in how you feel each day. When it’s not flowing as it should, you may notice swelling, heaviness, fatigue, or discomfort. Through carefully tailored MLD treatments, I help encourage healthy lymph flow, reduce inflammation, and restore natural fluid balance, so your body can function the way it was designed to.
⭐ Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a therapeutic technique designed to support the natural circulation of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Using gentle, rhythmic massage movements, I stimulate the lymphatic system, which plays an important role in fluid balance, immune function and waste removal.
This non-invasive treatment can help reduce swelling, fluid retention, bloating and feelings of heaviness while promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing. It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing lymphoedema, lipoedema, fibromyalgia, as well as other conditions where fluid build-up affects comfort and mobility.
⭐ Lymphoedema Management (Fill and Flush Method)
FG-MLD (Fill & Flush Method) is an advanced lymphatic technique that works with the body’s natural drainage pathways. This approach is especially effective for complex, stubborn, or long-standing swelling/ lymphoedema.
⭐ Post-Op Lymphatic Massage
This specialised treatment supports healing after cosmetic surgery such as liposuction, tummy tuck, BBL, face-lift, C-sections, and knee surgery. Post-op lymphatic massage helps reduce swelling, bruising, and fluid build-up, supports tissue healing, and improves comfort and recovery. Treatments are always adapted to your stage of healing and surgeon’s guidelines.
⭐ Multi-Layer Compression Bandaging
Multi-layer bandaging is used to reduce and control swelling in lymphoedema. Carefully applied layers provide graduated compression, helping fluid move out of the limb while supporting skin and tissue health. Bandaging is often used during intensive treatment phases and is tailored to your individual needs.
⭐ Compression Garment Measuring & Fitting
Correct compression is essential for managing swelling effectively. I provide accurate limb measurement, garment selection, and fitting to ensure your compression wear is comfortable, effective, and suited to your condition and lifestyle.
✅You’re in safe, medically trained hands
As one of the first post-operative lymphatic specialists in Warwickshire, I understand your body after surgery. The swelling, heaviness, fear, and uncertainty. You’re not treated like “just another client”, but as someone who needs knowledgeable, careful support.
✅More than massage — real clinical expertise
With a nursing background and specialist lymphoedema training, your treatment is never guesswork. Every touch has purpose, safety, and a deep understanding of how your lymphatic system truly works.
✅I listen to your body — and to you
Your symptoms, concerns, and recovery journey guide every session. Treatments are adapted to your needs, whether you’re post-surgery, living with lymphoedema or lipoedema, or simply feeling swollen, heavy, and uncomfortable.
✅Support that continues beyond the session
You’re not left wondering what to do next. I guide you through aftercare, compression, and self-care so you feel confident, informed, and supported between appointments.
✅A calm, respectful space for healing
My clients often tell me they feel lighter not just physically, but emotionally. This is a place where your body is respected, your experience is validated, and your healing is taken seriously.
