Our vision is simple: to help women feel supported, understood, and able to truly thrive during midlife.
MenoMy is a Warwickshire based, female-founded brand creating thoughtfully designed, research-led products for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
From supplements and skincare to beautiful temperature-regulating bedding, every product has been meticulously created using evidence-based research, carefully selected ingredients, and a deep understanding of menopausal symptoms.
Nothing is generic. Each product is thoughtfully created, tried and tested to support the real, everyday challenges women experience at this stage of life. We've designed the kind of products we wished existed...but simply couldn't find.
Alongside our product range, we also offer trusted menopause presentations, workshops, and wellness day support - helping to open up the conversation and provide practical, reassuring guidance.

We adore educating- it’s part of our core. We deliver supportive, informative workshops designed to help women better understand perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on topics such as nutrition, movement, and overall well-being. Our sessions can be tailored to your needs - as corporate events or parts of retreats etc.

Meet the person behind the business:
We’re Angeline and Sarah — friends for over 25 years.
Between us, we have decades of hands-on retail experience. We have spent over 20 years immersed in products, buying, and selling. Understanding what works, what doesn’t, and what women truly need. With MenoMy we created the company we wish had existed. Thoughtfully developed, research-led products designed to truly support women through this stage of life.
We wanted to use our knowledge for something more meaningful. To create products that genuinely support women, not just sell to them. That purpose is also what led Angeline to qualify as a health coach, PCI, IUKHCA. This allows her to support women on a deeper level alongside our products, through understanding, guidance, and care.
So, we built what we couldn’t find. Not because we wanted to start a business, but because we felt a responsibility to do better. For ourselves, and for other women going through the same thing. This is more than what we ‘do’, it’s something we truly care about, and we’re proud to stand behind every product we have meticulously created.
