Working as your fractional HR Director, Business Coach or Mentor, I partner closely with you to navigate change, tackle people challenges and strengthen leadership and culture as your business grows.
I work directly with business leaders and leadership teams to build the confidence and capability needed to lead through growth. I also support HR leaders through their “Big Firsts”, those moments where people challenges are new, and expectations are high.

Meet the person behind the business:
Hi, I’m Jane, the founder of St. Swift Consulting. After more than 30 years in HR, mainly as an HR Director, I saw how many SMEs and scale‑ups were facing complex people challenges without access to senior HR expertise. I created St. Swift to offer that support in a flexible, practical way.
The name was inspired by the swift, a small bird known for agility, endurance and constant movement. Those qualities reflect the businesses I work with: ambitious, fast-paced and always adapting. My role is to help them move forward with strong leadership and a people approach that supports their goals and challenges.
My career has taken me across sectors including retail, property, banking, government and telecoms, supporting boards and leadership teams through growth, transformation and investment. Those experiences taught me that people are always at the heart of successful change.
Today, I work as a Fractional (Part‑Time) HR Director, Business Coach and HR Mentor. I partner with leaders to strengthen culture, build capability and guide their teams through change and growth with clarity and confidence.
