I work from my purpose-built therapy room, situated next to my home created specifically for reflexology, the space is designed to help you feel relaxed, comfortable, and fully supported during your session. As a Clinical Reflexologist, I am trained to tailor every treatment to your individual health needs, offering a deeper level of care while complementing, not replacing, medical advice and treatment.
Clinical Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary therapy that works alongside conventional healthcare to support your overall wellbeing. By applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet (hands and face) reflexology helps stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, improve circulation, reduce stress, and promotes balance across both body and mind.
Whether you're seeking support with sleep, stress, hormonal changes, or general wellness, reflexology offers a calm and natural path to better health and wellbeing.

I’ve always been fascinated by the benefits of reflexology and its ability to support both the body and mind. After many years working in the corporate world, I felt the call to pursue something more meaningful in a career focused on helping others. That’s when I trained as a Clinical Reflexologist with Three Shires School of Reflexology, and I haven’t looked back.
Regular reflexology has been so beneficial for me. I am truly passionate about what I do and feel privileged to support my clients on their wellbeing journey. Every person is unique, and I love seeing the positive changes reflexology can bring. It’s a joy to offer a space where people can relax, rebalance, and reconnect with themselves.
