Ran by Michelle Abrahall herself and collaborating regularly with other creatives, Michelle Abrahall Design can offer a bespoke service for a variety of design needs. We have been lucky enough to find out more about Michelle’s journey, from her studies through to becoming a business owner.
From one look at her social media page, it is clear Michelle is a natural and passionate creative, with illustration being her greatest love. Michelle studied illustration at university but found tackling the world of design a grueling task. Working full time in a different field, Michelle never lost sight of her true calling and her desire to turn this into a career was reignited with her first commission, designing wedding invitations.
Beginning further freelance work in 2012, Michelle Abrahall Design was born. After several more years of building her courage to turn her passion for creating into a full-time career, Michelle quit her day job back in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since.
A true advocate for her home county, Michelle grew up around Warwickshire and now lives in Leamington Spa. As any business owner will know, pricing for office spaces don’t come cheap in the spa town, so Michelle Abrahall Design resides in Wolston. Michelle loves being a part of the community of creatives and small business owners in Warwickshire; she is able to work with other creatives on various projects and has built a network in which she can reach out to others for support. As well as loving the community of businesses in Warwickshire, Michelle also prides herself on finding clients locally. Whilst Michelle’s passion for creating stems from her love for illustration, she offers a wide variety of design services including graphic design for new businesses. She even provides a “New Business Branding Package” which has been very attractive for small and medium employers who are just starting out. Michelle’s graphic design work involves a lot of logo designs and she has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people, including authors, large corporations, estate agents and even accountants.
Michelle’s style is unique and her passion for fulfilling her customer’s needs is one of a kind. Whilst working on various projects and supporting a variety of clients, Michelle also invests her time creating merchandise from her illustration work. She even sells some of these through her Etsy shop, go check it out. We love the bold lines and playful imagery in all her merchandise; we especially love her notebooks available for sale. Michelle puts a lot of her personal time and passion into her Etsy merchandise and this is an area she hopes to see growth in. We can’t wait to see what she dreams up next.
