Popular Rugby restaurant The Tuning Fork is kicking off the new year with the launch of a range of brand new menus.
The Tuning Fork, which is based at Dollman Farm in Houlton, is a much-loved eatery, serving everything from breakfast through to dinner. Run by local family The Enticotts, who have had several other successful businesses in Rugby, it opened in 2017 and has become a firm favourite with the new community of Houlton, people across the town and from further afield.
To kick off 2025, The Tuning Fork is launching a range of new menus, showcasing its reputation for providing classic dishes using seasonal, top quality ingredients, with something on offer for the whole family and any occasion.

The new evening menu features crowd-pleasing dishes from Black Angus steaks to market fish specials, as well as vegan and vegetarian dishes. Starters feature truffle mac’n’cheese, barbecue ribs and a blooming onion to share, while desserts and nibbles are also on offer.
A new lunch menu offers a selection of Tuning Fork burritos as well as burgers, steaks, salads and light dishes such as Indonesian style satay or citrus and miso avocado on sourdough. There is also a ‘four-step lunch’ option, which allows you to build your own dish choosing your protein from a selection of meat or veggie options, then adding from a selection of salads, a flavour to dress it with, and a chips option too.
The Tuning Fork’s popular breakfast options are also still set to impress, with everything from a full English breakfast to eggs Benedict, French toast, pancake stacks and healthier options like porridge and granola.

At all times of day there is also a kids’ menu available to make sure there’s something for everyone on offer at this popular family-friendly venue.
The Tuning Fork has been a key element in the creation of a thriving community in Houlton from the very start. Initially a collaboration between the Enticott family and developer Urban&Civic, the restaurant brings alive a shared vision for drawing people into this new place to experience high quality dining and a home and lifestyle to match.

Hayden Ashby, head chef at The Tuning Fork, said: “We know people love our food here at The Tuning Fork, but we always want to keep things fresh and exciting, so we decided to give our menus a bit of a revamp. Some of our most popular dishes remain, but we’ve focused on keeping things simple and appealing for everyone, doing the classics, but doing them well.
“We still have our own unique twist on some dishes, and love playing around with influences from around the world, but we also are the place to come if you just want a really decent steak, cooked right, or a brilliant burger using the best ingredients.
“Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we’ve got you covered and we can’t wait to introduce everyone from Rugby and further afield to our great new dishes.”
Breakfast is served at The Tuning Fork from 8.30am-11.45am Monday to Friday, then 8.30am to 11.30am at weekends. Lunch is available 12.15pm-3pm Monday to Thursday, 12.15pm to 4pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday lunch is also available from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
