Warwickshire Digital – Keeping Warwickshire Connected

Over the last few weeks, our attention has focused on new business owners who have opened for trading, aiming to not let the unfortunate events of 2020 stop their dreams from becoming reality. However, whilst we shine a light on the bravery of these local entrepreneurs, we have not forgotten about all the local businesses that have been around awhile and the people behind the scenes making sure they can outlast this pandemic. This week, we have the pleasure of highlighting one of Warwickshire’s businesses that have been connecting our community since 2018.

Warwickshire Digital is a family run business. We had the pleasure to hear more about who makes up the team from Leigh-Anne, co-owner, and collaborator to all things operational of Warwickshire Digital. It’s all hands on deck, with family and connection at the heart of this company.

Running this company alongside her husband, Lee, who manages the technical side; ensuring design, implementation and installation are completed to a high specification, they made the move to becoming business owners shortly after the birth of their second daughter, allowing more flexibility with work so that their family could be better connected. Lee has a background working for some of the big wigs in the digital communications industry and with over twelve years of experience, his extensive knowledge provides all of their customers with a high-class service. Warwickshire Digital also employs an Apprentice Engineer, who works closely with Lee on installation and maintenance services.

This hands-on family business has a role for all its members. Leigh-Anne and Lee’s two daughters have had the important job of distributing leaflets from their very first day of trading, while their Staffordshire Bull Terrier provides plenty of daily motivation by looking adorable. This wonderful collective of individuals also seek behind the scenes support from their extended family and loved ones, keeping everybody better connected.

With the global pandemic forcing a change to trading for all businesses, Warwickshire Digital’s services and products have had to adapt to our new way of life too. Leigh-Anne described an increase in Wifi Hotspot installations and other home office support, which is understandable with many individuals working from home for the foreseeable future. Wired and wireless networking services are just one of many areas in which Warwickshire Digital can provide you with high-quality advice and products. For those struggling with spots in their home where the connection is unreliable, you can receive a full survey of your home and recommendations to help you combat those weak spots.

As well as many individuals taking advantage of Lee’s expertise for home networking, Warwickshire Digital also provides support for commercial businesses. You will be able to discuss security alarm systems, CCTV options, and even satellite and TV systems with Leigh-Anne when you first get in touch. Warwickshire Digital provides a site survey free of charge to help recommend the best security systems for your home or commercial premises.

Whilst the products and services are great, it’s the aftercare that really stands out for this local, family-run organisation. Leigh-Anne describes the care for each customer as a key role in repeat business and referrals, ensuring they are available to assist them with any problems, even years after installation. Family is at the heart of this company and treating their customers as such has allowed them to develop a loyal customer base, which will only keep growing as Warwickshire Digital connects more of its community.
