With North Warwickshire one of the best areas in the West Midlands for first-time buyers to secure an affordable property, Spitfire Homes is releasing its first properties for sale at its new collection of homes in the sought-after village of Wolston. 


Rosedale is a stylish collection of 48, two-to-four bedroom homes nestled in the heart of a picturesque community, located between Coventry and Rugby.


14 homes are being offered as part of the Government First Homes scheme. This means that eligible first-time buyers will be able to purchase select properties at Rosedale at 70% of the open market value. 


Spitfire is committed to building sustainable communities which are energy efficient, with all homes having heating and hot water supplied by air-source heat pumps and featuring photovoltaic (PV) panels. Electric vehicle charging points also come as standard.
