LION YOGA

YOGA TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD

As we enter the next stages of our society reopening, we want to bring your attention to a business that bravely began in the middle of this pandemic and is continuing to flourish regardless of all the challenges the last year has brought with it. Creating an online community of busy people and parents looking for some self-love tools, LION YOGA is looking forward to when they can begin welcoming people back in person.

Meghan Del Monte harnessed inspiration from her own lifestyle to bring LION YOGA to our doorsteps. As a busy working mum of three boys, carving out time for calm can be extremely difficult. So, LION YOGA was founded in order to create an environment of stillness and headspace for other like-minded busy people trying to find a little bit of nourishment for themselves. LION YOGA wants each of its visitors to focus on feeling good mentally and physically.

Megs opened her doors to the public in October 2020, right in the middle of our pandemic, and after only 10 days of running classes, lockdown 2.0 was announced across the country and her doors were forced to close.

The pandemic has been a catalyst in many ways for this new business owner, though; With many parents finding their homes becoming their office spaces too, finding time and space for ourselves has grown even more difficult.

LION YOGA studio provides a place that people can enjoy a little headspace and an opportunity to focus on themselves. The pandemic gave this yoga-loving business owner the push she needed to begin creating her dream space.

And what a space it is….

Growing up in the Cotswolds, Megs decided it was the perfect setting to start her business. She is delighted to be part of a wonderful community of business owners she has been fortunate to meet at The Woodlands Business Centre, which is based in converted Cotswold barns in Long Compton; a tranquil setting for LION YOGA’s studio.
